11. Ticket Requirement

Customers will be collected for the tour only with a valid ticket (printed or displayed on a mobile device).


12. Possible Bus Delays

The bus may be delayed 15–20 minutes due to traffic or logistical reasons.
If the bus has not arrived after this time, please contact us immediately—day or night.


13. Language of the Tours

Tours are conducted by English-speaking guides or in mixed international groups.
Details about the guiding language are listed in each tour description.


14. Safety Instructions

During the tour, all participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide, leader, or activity instructor.


15. Additional Insurance for Sports Tours

Tours involving physical activities (e.g., diving, rafting) include basic additional insurance.
Insurance does not cover accidents occurring under the influence of alcohol.


16. Participants with Chronic Illnesses

Participants with chronic or pre-existing medical conditions should obtain additional personal insurance.
Otherwise, participation is at the customer’s own risk.


17. Children’s Participation

Children up to 6 years old who participate free of charge are not guaranteed:

  • a separate seat on the bus

  • meals (they may share with parents)

If no free bus seats are available, children may sit on a parent’s lap.
For long-distance tours (e.g., Cappadocia, Pamukkale), we recommend purchasing a guaranteed seat for the child.


18. Single Room Supplement for Cappadocia Tours

Participants traveling alone must pay an additional €10 single room supplement during Cappadocia tours.


19. Feedback, Complaints, and On-Tour Issues

We work hard to make every tour a positive experience.
For this reason:

  • Any issues should be reported immediately to the tour guide during the trip,

  • or to the Flywolf Travel Agency office after the tour,
    to allow us to respond and resolve problems during your stay.


20. Cancellation of Paid Tours

More than 24 hours before the tour:

You may change the date, change the tour, modify the number of participants, or cancel with a full refund.

Less than 24 hours before the tour:

The payment is non-refundable, unless you provide a valid medical certificate confirming sudden illness.

No-shows:

No refunds are issued if you fail to attend without informing the office.

Exception – Istanbul Tour:

We do not refund the deposit for Istanbul tours, as flight/entry tickets purchased for you are non-refundable.


21. Cancellation of Unpaid Tours

More than 24 hours before the tour:

You may freely change or cancel your reservation.

Less than 24 hours before the tour:

The agreed fee must still be paid upon departure for the tour.

Please notify us of cancellations promptly so your seat may be offered to other guests.


22. Cancellation by Flywolf Travel Agency

We reserve the right to cancel confirmed bookings if:

  • the minimum number of participants is not met

  • circumstances beyond our control occur (riots, strikes, natural disasters, force majeure)

If a cancellation occurs, customers may choose between:

  • a full refund, or

  • an alternative date or tour


23. Changes to the Tour Program

We may modify parts of the program for organizational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
Changes may include adjusting the order of visited attractions or replacing an activity with an equally attractive alternative (e.g., different restaurant, viewpoint, or stop).

Changes may be announced before or even during the tour when necessary.


24. Responsibility for Purchases During Tours

Flywolf Travel Agency is not responsible for any items (such as souvenirs, photos, CDs, or services) purchased from external sellers during tours.
